What to Expect From Your Initial Consultation:
In your first consultation, you and Lisa will go through your background, history, current dietary habits and goals. You will provide a small food diary and from this Lisa will analyse, your current dietary intake in comparison to the recommended daily intake needed specifically for optimal health.

Lisa will use this information to create a individualised detailed nutrition plan. This plan is designed to get you to your goals while fitting into your specific needs and lifestyle.

At your finding appointment, you and Lisa will go over the finding report and discuss any questions and concerns you may have. There will also be an emphasis on building upon your nutrition knowledge and understanding where relevant and working with behavioural change to maximise results.

Follow-up Sessions:
Follow-up sessions give the opportunity to adjust the plan over time. They also help with accountability, which can be a major factor in getting results and continue to work on habit and behavioural changes.
