​What does a Health Coach do?
A health coach can spend the time to help 
someone figure out what their personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and affect them holistically and help them develop strategies to overcome them, no As a Health Coach I work with behavioural change strategies, mindset,

habits and much more, so whether you wish to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better or lower the risk of chronic diseases through lifestyle improvements, this is where I step in as a Health & Wellness coach, to assist you create your own personalised plan through encouragement, education and support in creating healthy behaviours in the realms of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management.

I have learnt a lot about nutrition, fitness, health, and wellness, and I want to share that in a more direct way with people.

I also have extra tools for those that maybe looking to go that extra step when it comes to nutritional support, deep cleansing, regaining energy, improved performance and more and can recommend a science proven nutritional wellness system of products to help you achieve your goals.

So whether you are looking for coaching or a more advanced package of coaching and nutrition I'd love to help.

Your coaching sessions are personalised, professional and relaxed.

During a coaching session, I will discuss with you the aspects of your life you feel you’d like to change, what would make you happier and how you can best achieve it. I will help you to identify your wellness and lifestyle goals; we will discuss past successes and failures, as well as known & potential obstacles and negative behaviours (and how to best combat them in the future). By working together, you and I will break down your desired lifestyle changes into achievable short and mid-term goals.  This will set you up for both immediate and long term success and lasting change, wellness & happiness.

FREE 15-30min Discovery Chat (this service is complementary to connect. It allows us to establish a base line of where you are now, where you want to be and what is holding you back.  From her I can make recommendations  on my services and programs and allow you to determine if you feel working with me with Coaching will suit your need
