This service is perfect for anyone that wants to really reign in their nutrition and start getting results. Many of us ‘THINK’ we eat correctly but would be surprised at what their diet is actually like.

 

This service involves you completing a min 5 days out of 7 food diary (honesty is key for an accurate audit) I then go through this determining your calorie intake, your macro ratios, your fibre intake, and any other hidden things that could be potentially be holding you back. I will calculate your BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate) and TDEE (Total Daily Estimated Energy) needs. You will then receive a finding report at a 60min consultation (online or face to face) to go over my finding and make recommendations based on your goals so you can really start making progress with your health

What does the Nutrition Audit include:​

Step 1 - Once  you decide to purchase this service the process is quite simple. I will contact you via email with instruction on getting started. In this initial email there will be, a Client Health Questionnaire, Risk Stratification Screening Tool & a 7 Day Diet Diary. You will need to complete the Client Health Questionnaire and RSST and return to me via email as soon as possible. These forms are regulatory requirement for me to  determine if I am within scope to assist you with Nutritional Services. The Diet Diary can be emailed to me 5-7 days after. I will need a minimum of 5 days to complete this service efficiently.

Step 2 - Once I have received your Client Health Questionnaire, RSST and your Diet Diary, I will go to work analysing your current Nutritional intake. This is quite a complex procedure as i go through every ingredient food,  drink & supplements that you have detailed in your diet diary to determine you current Macro Nutrient (Carbohydrates, Protein & Fats) intake, your current Micro Nutrient (Vitamins & Minerals), and your fluid intake for hydration status & alcohol intake. I will also calculate your current calorie intake.

Step 3 - Based on your current, Age, Height, Weight and your current activity amount with your work and exercise/sport I will calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), your EER (Energy Estimate Requirements) in Calories and any adjustments based on your  Your Macro Nutrient requirements based on your goals in %, calories and grams.

Step 4 - I will compare your current nutritional intake with your recommended Nutritional requirements taking into account goals. This will identify in gaps in your nutrition and assist in creating a plan to support your goals and reaching them successfully

Step 5 - I will prepare a report which I will discuss my findings with you at a 60min consultation via video. During this call I will make recommendations and discuss the next steps you can take to truly get your health and nutrition on track.
