Fitness Test & Program Creation - $89
Initial Session to go over your program (includes a video call in the environment you will be training in 60min - $60
Weekly Fee & Program Delivery via App, with unlimited communication with coach, via app, text, email & social media weekly email reporting & fortnightly minimum 15min video call to cover changes and any issues. $30/week. (longer video coaching call can be arranged at any time for a small additional fee.

Online Personal Training.
The concept sounds pretty bizarre to say the least right? How is it possible to actually train online?
To train without your coach there pushing you to the very edge of your endurance. Getting you to squeeze the extra reps out, that, if you had been alone, you probably would not have done… or the last set either!

Basically online training is when you receive your coaching from a personal trainer (moi) online. This usually through training videos provided through an app or online dashboard managed by your coach.
Online personal training offers convenience for you the client as you may have a busy schedule or prefer working out in the comfort of your own homes. Online training can also eliminate the need to commute to a gym, saving them time and reducing barriers to consistent training. If you prefer a gym, some may not provide Personal Training services or they are out of your budget. Online Personal Training gives you access to the knowledge, expertise and accountability from a real personal trainer without the high price tag.

So how does it work?
As with any Personal Training service you will have an initial consultation with me, this can be done over the phone, via messenger or a video call. This consultation usually takes around 60min and is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other better. It also allows me to determine where you are currently in your health and fitness and where you want to be. We will discuss your fitness goals, previous fitness history, and potential health concerns & medical history. Other factors we will chat about is how and where you want to train, what equipment you have access too and how often you would like to train and what available time you have to commit to a session. Your initial consultation is complementary. Once I know all of this and if you are happy to move forward , I will give you a basic fitness test to complete (honesty is key) and report to me, this gives me a baseline and indication of current fitness level, strengths and weaknesses, which helps me program the perfect training for you. I can then create a plan to help you achieve your goals and then I will create your bespoke training program which is individualised to YOU!

All of your coaching including your program will be delivered via an app, which also gives you real time access to me and any other resources I have made available to you. After every session you will complete a session checkin informing me of how the session went, any issues or concerns, load or exercise changes. If anything is urgent you can call me or contact me to arrange a video chat to discuss any issues. You will also check in at the end of each week (if only doing 1 session a week of training you can do your post session checkin with the end of week checkin) Every fortnight we will have a minimum 15min video chat to discuss progress and review your program, from here I can make changes as needed. As I am a qualified Nutritionist I can give you some basic nutrition advice, but if you require more advanced nutrition coaching please contact me to find out how ew can include this in your coaching program. Every 8 weeks you will repeat your fitness test, to measure your progress.

As you can see online training is just as structured as face to face training, you still receive all that accountability, as you will still be following a plan, I will see your progress and you have access to me whenever you need me. The added benefits are, that if you need to move your sessions days and times around you can (just let me know) without the worry of not being able to get in or miss a session completely.
