As a Fitness Professional I spend a lot of time in and around Gyms & one of the most frustrating things I see is so many people doing the same thing day in and day out. They don’t challenge their bodies and muscles with progressive overload or changing up the exercises to stimulate the muscles in a different way. Then there’s those that change everything, every time they train with no real structure. To improve in anything we do we need repetition, this is no different when it comes to fitness. Practice and allows us to get better, stronger, fitter. But do we also need to progressively overload and mix it up a little for continued adaption whether it’s building muscle, strength, endurance or general fitness.

Another thing I see a lot are those that train a specific muscle or muscle groups and completely avoid surrounding or opposing muscles which can lead to dysfunction within the body. It's almost like they are afraid of training their lower body or visa versa, or they attempt to spot build or reduce an area. Unfortunately the body doesn't not work this way and the results lead to imbalance  within the body.

A lot of these issues are due to lack of knowledge, misinformation or simply listening to others that have no factual or scientific knowledge of how the body works but that is why I’m here to help.

​

Having a program created specifically for you, your goals, your time frame and equipment access can prevent these problems. it is recommended that a training program be changed every 6-8 weeks dependant on goals.

Stand Alone Fitness Programming - Includes consult, programming creation, program run through & follow up. Program is delivered in a PDF format and run through is a 45min PT Session or Video Session. Stand alone program does not include coaching app or continued coaching. $169.00

Majority of the time they are guessing.

  • 60min Consultation to go over goals and food diary. 

  • A complete Nutrition Audit, where I will calculate your calorie requirements based on your goals and activity level. Macro & Micronutrient needs and supplementation recommendations to fill any gaps.

  • A 7 day Meal Plan to get you moving in the right direction with Recipes and shopping lists, created to your tastes and likes.

  • A 60min face to face or video call to go over your Fitness, Program, Nutrition Audit findings and recommendations, Meal Plan and to discuss any habit issues that may be holding you back.

  • A 15min follow up.
