Hello and Welcome to your FREE Post Summer 6 Day Detox Program.
Changing your health or getting it back on track starts with a commitment and by deciding to do this small program you are committing to the decision that it is time to make some changes. This program is family friendly and recipes are safe and healthy for everyone (if you have any medical symptoms always seek medical advice before changing your diet). As the nutritional content is generic and not programmed to an individual, you may need to tweak the serve sizes to best suit you, for example a 60kg person that only walks will not need as many calories as a 60kg person that trains at the gym 3-4 times a week. You should not be hungry so make sure you increase your intake to suit. All the recipes are clean and healthy and are included as a guide to support you in decreasing sugar and processed foods from your diet so you have more energy and feel healthier. You can follow this program for as long as you like but if you have some real health goals you would like to achieve, i recommend taking a look at my nutrition services and consider working with me to help you reach those goals with optimal results.
